Last December I visited one of the New York´s most interesting and inspiring buildings, temporarily closed for public Hotel Chelsea. I shot some portraits of the permanent tenants still living in this historical place and currently fighting for their right to stay there. The pictures will be featured in a documentary movie about Hotel Chelsea and the recent changes that might endanger the cultural heritage of this iconic New York landmark. This is the view from artist Mary Ann Rose´s living room. She lives on the top floor of Chelsea.
